Comments: Showed up Saturday as scheduled to assess job and gave quote. We have replacement planks only. We signed contract. Worker / installer (Jaime) arrived Tuesday as scheduled. Looked over job and said he was going to get needed threshold/trim. Called and said he went to 3 Home Depots and still looking. We text owner advise there was an LL Flooring store nearby that shows having threshold/trim on there website. He (Herbie) wrote back they are working on it. Haven’t hear back from either yet.Miami FL
