Work Description: Wood, carpet, and luxury vinyl floors
Comments: Mo, did 900 sqft of luxury vinyl, carpeted stairs, and 2,000 sqft of beautiful Bruce hardwood.Mo is a perfectionist and his people are top notch. The project was done over three days and it was always clear that things were being done right.
Moreover, there were some other projects and crews being worked. Mo and his people worked seamlessly with the other crews.
This is our second job with Mo and I highly recommend this company.

I've never used Capitals FLOORING INC. before. They took my OLD Kitchen and turn it into a Master Peace .I couldn't be happy with what MO and his crews did to my kitchen . It took them about 8 1/2 hours to complete. The results are excellent of my new floor wow . The technicians were professional and prompt.

Comments: Very pleased and satisfied with Capitals Hardwood Floor & Carpet. I worked with Mo the owner. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt with his estimate appointment and accurate and fair with the estimate itself, he was better than other 2 companies estimates.He helped me pick out the perfect wood floor that matched what I had downstairs 100% and rather than trying to make me buy the 2.25 boards, thankfully he said I should go with the 3.25 ones for just a little more The cost to go with the 3.25 over 2.25 was convenient. I really appreciated that.
Other stores were trying to convince me to go with the 2.25 inch boards because that's what they had in stock.
And as for my second floor, he did my 5 bedrooms carpet with amazing quality with far less the my expected estimate. Great job on the carpets finishing.
He is very honest and tell you what is right to be done FAR AWAY from benefiting himself.
Mo really has a good eye for perfect matching with coloring and designs. very classy taste he got.
No hardwood floor company is going to have all good or all bad reviews. But I am so glad I went with Capitals Hardwood & Carpets. The best part of it all was that I don't feel like I had to pay a premium to get premium service. Capitals's price is very reasonable and fair. They might even have one of the lowest, if not lowest price in the region but don't let that be the reason you pick them. They really do good work. I'm one happy customer.

Work Description: Renovate Hard wood flooring for large town house rental property.
Comments: Under extreme time constraints, this company was able to come out to my rental property on very short notice, assess the work required, assemble a crew, and complete the job in one day per my request. Capitals Flooring and Design was professional, informative, and a delight to work with. They took the time to explain the multitude of options available to me to approach this project within my budget. In a time when companies are only looking to turn a “quick dollar,” it is refreshing to come across one that is customer centered and is more interested in building a long-term business relationship with its clients. The price I paid was reasonable and the lowest amongst three separate quotes I solicited among other vendors. Capitals Flooring and Design’s price was more than 25% lower than the other two quotes I received; and, the savings did NOT lead to the sacrifice in quality. I would not hesitate in using this company again for my future projects: whether for my company’s investment properties or for my personal home. I highly recommend this company without reservation. They deliver a high quality product; they are timely and a work well under significant time/scheduling constraints; they are courteous to their customer and take the time to explain the multitude of options that are best for the customer’s current needs; and, their prices are competitive and likely the lowest in town without sacrificing customer service and quality. Work Description: Mediocre at best. Rather than placing a metal transition from the carpeted area to the utility room of the basement, the carpet was simply glued down to the cement floor and is already beginning to unravel. On the stairs that were carpeted, there are holes in the drywall that need to be fixed, along with the broken drywall itself. Seams where the carpet segments were joined together are noticeable rather than being undetectable as described by the sales person.
Comments: I continue to have concerns over damage that was incurred at the time of installation as well as the installation itself. When I questioned the workmanship, the sales person tried to justify as the damages and poor workmanship was "to be expected as standard in the industry".
