Work Description: Our company owns many properties which need a lot of work from the floor up. The owners and their crew at Capital Surface Solutions have gone above and beyond our expectations. They started off on demoing existing flooring & installing new carpet & tile. After we saw their excellent work we asked them to do a complete make ready of our Apartments and they did everything from drywall/texture/paint/cabinets/tub surrounds/new vents/fixtures/faucets/toilets. We will use them for all our properties.
