Comments: This company has the worst customer service! I paid for my fireplace to be repaired. It still isn't working properly and the owner, Jan White, will not schedule someone to come back out. I have repeatedly reached out since January 4th, to no avail. It is now February 2nd. I didn't even need someone right away. I've been patient. I just needed him to communicate and schedule. After my last text, he reached out and let me know he would definitely call me yesterday to schedule. Of course, he didn't. I now need to pay for someone else to come out and finish repairing my fireplace.Birmingham AL
