Comments: I was in need of an urgent GFI outlets repair in my kitchen. I called and spoke with Tyler. They came right out much to my surprise! In addition to quickly fixing my GFI outlets in the kitchen they installed 4 new fire alarms for me and repaired a prior outlet installation that was performed by a different company and was unsatisfactory. Comments: I am really thankful that I chose Tyler & James Electric Inc! I got one quote online with Home Advisor. And then Tyler and James and Electric texted me and it was Tyler! And I guess while I was talking to him there were some other people trying to call with quotes but went to voicemail! Tyler gave me a quote right then and there it was much lower than Home Advisor! And I am glad that he. texted me because I have been having problems with my phone ringing most of the time!Tyler asked if I would text him pictures of my current lighting fixtures and of the ones I had purchased. I did and he texted me back saying that he didn’t think or there’s a possibility that the ones that I bought might not fit! So I checked and found the dimensions Of the ones that I bought and it was so close that there was a possibility they would not have fit! So glad that Tyler knows what he’s talking about! When I was buying light fixtures I just went off what an electrician told me and I took notes of what he said but then when I was looking for them to buy I really did not know everything I should be looking for! I was bound to get the wrong ones! Anyway I had gotten mine at Costco just a few days ago and I’m gonna take those back for credit, Costco will definitely credit me! The ones I got from Tyler and James were not that much more than what I paid for the ones at Costco except these were the correct ones! And Brandon came to install them just two days after we made the deal! Brandon was very sweet and knowledgeable! I was thinking this is going to be a 2 to 3 hour job but he finished it in a half hour! I was just dumbfounded! Anyway this is a great company! They definitely know what they’re doing and what you need and they just save you time from having to look for all this yourself and possibly get the wrong stuff! So I am very grateful that Tyler was so personable and texted me and we were going back-and-forth a lot on Saturday! He never seemed tired of my questions & was just always helpful! If anyone I know is looking for an electrician I will definitely give them Tyler and James Electric as a reference! I would recommend them to everybody!Newcastle CA
