Comments: James came to my home to give me a proposal to replace my roof. James was very professional and courteous. James was very well prepared and knowledgeable in his presentation of all the materials which were to be used. James answered any questions I had for him especially for explanation of the reasons for using the material he chose to use. Very kindly he presented the estimate and gave me a run down on the total for the repairs. James also gave me an estimate of the date the project could be completed.
