Comments: TERRIBLE!!! They called right away after I submitted request. Discussed in detail requirements, got price, scheduled service call for 9:00am following Tuesday. NEVER SHOWED FOR APPOINTMENT!! I called at 10:00am after missed appointment -- no answer, got voice mail. Left message - including my return phone number -- asked status of appointment. NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL!!!-
