Description: I started as a trainee in 2009 for a branded company after 8 months working hard with a clean record of no recall, they consider me to take a Field Manager position and deal in most part with unhappy customer, to visit them and return the madness to a satisfaction doing my best to represents the value of that company. I was a trainer and with all that package of knowledge I star as a freelance my own venture in Nov 2012.

Work Description: Dryer Duct Cleaning
Comments: We just had our Dryer duct thoroughly cleaned by Clemente (Brilliant Mind Steam Cleaning). He did a great job. He showed up on time, had all of his tools, worked hard the whole time he was here, and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with his service. I would recommend Clemente to anyone who was looking for the services he provides. I do not normally write reviews because most people I hire are average but Clemente is not. He goes the extra mile and I am happy to write this review! I would definitely hire him again. Thanks Clemente!

Comments: Clemente came and was very personable and knowledgeable. My carpet had a lot of high traffic soil, and I honestly thought it would never look clean again. I'm amazed at how it looks and feels. It's feels so clean and soft again too. I would definitely have him come again. He did my friend's house right after mine, and she is very happy too. :)

Comments: My son threw up Godzilla style all over our new carpet so I called a big name company I've heard advertised. They had a 2 week wait... I called Clemente at Brilliant Mind and he was able to come out within hours. He used wall protectors to keep my walls safe from the cleaning hose and wore booties. More importantly he got the smell and stain out plus cleaned another area included in the cost. I thought he was extremely professional and educated. Clemente got right on the floor and guessed what the stain was- vomited milk... Sorry for him but also put down an enzyme eater to kill the bacteria in the price as well. I would use him again!!!

Comments: Clemente did a great job cleaning our carpet, tile grout lines and my dry clean only sofa. He was very thorough and I was very happy with how good everything looked when he finished. The carpet dried quickly. He protected the corners of my walls and staircase so his hoses caused no damage. His method is similar to Zero Rez technology but much more affordable! I will hire him again!

Comments: We had a horrible mess when the robotic vacuum went over some old dog poop that we had no idea was there... And a party was scheduled for the next day. Clemente right out and brought a black light that found where all the poop went... He was very professional and put an enzyme down to kill the bacteria. He also cleaned all the carpets and they look great!

Comments: Beyond my expectations. I called Clemente about a clogged dryer duct. Due to the construction of the house this became a huge headache very quickly. This problem moved beyond what I expected Clemente to work on, but never tried to stop working on the issue. He was fast, smart, professional and made sure I understood the situation at all times. I will call him back for any duct or carpet cleaning I ever need.!
