Comments: Brian Picklesimer provided the quote, which was $1500 less than others we had received. There are only 3 employees, and don't drive fancy wrapped trucks, or have expensive brochures, or even a website! We ok'd it and two installers were there the next day. They were efficient and hard working. The new heat pump is whisper quiet and efficient. We're very pleased with our decision to go with them.Lakeland FL

Comments: Brian contacted me and after telling Brian what I needed he offered to email a quotation but all I received was a price and not what was included in the price. So another email to Brian to please include details about the equipment after all I am a prospective customer. Long story short Brian would not share the details of my prospective job. Before doing business with company I would require a written quotation that will specify all components, model numbers, the scope of the work to be preformed along with warranty information. This could be a good company but something is wrong when a potential customer who wants to spend money can not get the information of the equipment he in planning to purchase....Brooksville FL
