Work Description: Whole house remodel
Comments: We hired Bradley Construction for a large remodeling project that involved almost our entire house and replacing the roof and gutters. We did come in over budget but I’m told that’s common in these sized jobs.All work was done according to plans and costs were within reason. We would definitely hire them again..

Work Description: Kitchen Remodeling
Comments: Bradley Construction saved our house!! We had a gut remodel done and every tradesperson in my house charged almost double what they originally bid on the jobs and we had virtually no money to finish our kitchen and our neighbor had used Steve for a few projects and really liked his work so we called him, he looked at our job and we told him our predicament.He said he could not do a new kitchen for the price we needed but he said he had cabinets, countertops, tile,…everything we’d need in his warehouse from old jobs he had previously done and they were from million dollars houses and in perfect condition.
We ended up painting a set of cabinets he had and using new hardware, we fabricated remnants of quartz countertops he had that had never been used and then purchased new appliances at ABT where Steve knew the owner and got us an amazing deal on a new stove, fridge , dishwasher, microwave and sink.
We used cheap but beautiful natural stone tile and it is now the best looking room in the house for $40,000 less than we budgeted . If I could give these guys 100 stars I would.

Comments: We hired Bradley Construction to do a bathroom remodel in our Chicago condo and despite a few unforeseen delays, they did a terrific job, helped me pick out materials and followed the numerous, onerous working hour stipulations and other building rules.The bathroom looks amazing.
These guys are the real deal.

Work Description: Remodeled Kitchen
Comments: Steve and his guys remodeled my kitchen in 2021 and did a nice job. They weren’t the lowest bidders but I went with them because they got a proposal to me in 5 days and helped us choose all of the fixtures, cabinets and countertops and were always on time and responsive.I’d use them again.
