Comments: Do not buy from this company. One of the reasons I purchased my unit from them was the 12 YR warranty they offered (this was in writing). When I received the warranty registration, it was only for 10 years. After almost a year now of multiple promises to get resolved, I've come to the conclusion this was a bait-and-switch tactic. The owner presents himself as a former military service man, but I sincerely doubt our military would be proud a former member conducts business in this manner.Do business with this company with your eyes wide open.

Work Description: Very competitive pricing compared to other companies we spoke with. Once we made the decision to move forward, they were very fast as setting up an installation date and getting the work done (installed the day after we made the decision actually). The team came on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new one.
