Comments: I hired this company to level my mobile home. The Owner gave me an invoice for $9500 with an extensive scope of work. He also explained the long process of ripping up floors, replacing joist/beams... etc. I work from home and explained I could not have any down time longer than 2-3 days. He assured me that he would hang plastic sheeting and such so I could still work. After pressuring me day after day to give him cash and venmo payments (so he would not have to claim for taxes), he finally started the work after paid in full. He refused to sign the invoice as well. Back to the actual work... he decided he was going to take a different approach to level the home. Let's say he never tore up any floors (only the hardwood flooring panels) and decided to 'jack up the sinking spots and allow the house to settle on it's own '. After a month or so he said it was good and put the hardwood flooring back in place. I asked for months that he return to replace the molding and transition strip, along with the insulation and barrier. I decided to have another company come give me a quote for the work not completed and was informed the only thing BlueStar did was put some 2x4s and cinderblocks under the house for $9500 !!!!! I contacted the Owner, who did the 'work', and was literally told to 'kiss his ***'. THIS IS WHO YOU GET IF YOU HIRE BLUESTAR!!! Comments: Do not go near this company...very unreliable, and do not follow thru. They left us a completely destroyed bathroom and now we need to pursue them in District Court to recover and fix the horrible job done to the bathroom. Justin Roy, the Contractor, is a flat out liar. Comments: Beware. Would give no stars if could. Do not use this company. They will take your deposit and not do any work. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails after questioning the progress or “lack off” progress. Dishonest company and I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!-
