Comments: The tech showed up the same day. Promised me a quote by Monday. I still haven’t heard back. He won’t answer any of my text. Very unprofessional in my opinion. If you promise a timeline you should make sure and deliver. Not impressed!We are sorry that you feel we were not responsive. We actually called on Monday and texted it would take another couple of days due to getting the quote on the doors.. In addition the quote was sent yesterday to your email. If you did not receive it please call us. Thank you.
