Comments: They came the first time and I was very disappointed I text message Derek the cleaner and told him how disappointed I was he didn't tell me that he had a family emergency come up and he was aware of the job being unsatisfactory so him and his crew came back the next week and clean my apartment better than at it than it had ever been cleaned before-
