Work Description: Tear out of a media niche over the fireplace, frame out and replace the drywall.

Comments: I would certainly not recommend this company, Tom, the owner, was the individual I communicated with from the beginning. We negotiated on the price, which appeard to be fair. He was 2 hours late. Upon arriving, he asked if I could pay an incremental amount for materials or he wouldn't be able to start the job even though we said it was in the total cost upfront. As he knew i needed the job done that day, i had no choice at that point.

He promised to be clean, but laid down only one drop cloth and didn't contain the dirt/dust. This caused me to have another cleaner come in the next day for additional cost.

Lastly, he left me with material to clean up and damaged granite where the work was done. Very unrpofessional and i would not recommend him again.

Work Description: completely remodeled a condominium.

Comments: Everything that Tom did was fantastic. He was always on time and did great construction work.
