At Biltmore Roofing, our mission in the beginning was to bring integrity to the roofing industry. Unfortunately many Georgia home owners have suffered through having unscrupulous contractors perform roofing work on their home. Whether a home owner has a good or bad roof installation experience, is largely dependent on the integrity of the Georgia roofing contractor.
Lack of integrity exhibits itself in poor choice of materials and suppliers, hurried workmanship, poor project design, and cost cutting to be the low bidder. Most of the roofs we replace have stopped performing due to one or more of these factors. We knew if we were going to be the roofing contractor of choice we had to exhibit our integrity in every phase of our customers experience.
From presentation to installation, we intend for your experience with us to build a relationship that will continue for years.

Work Description: They were very professional, polite and easy to work with. Answered all questions before and during the work. They were not able to get here the first day but called to inform me. They were here the next day on time. Job was done quickly, you barely knew they were here and the site was left clean of any trash. JOB WELL DONE.

The contractor was professional; he explained what was needed and quoted me a fair price. The work was performed as scheduled, and they left the area clean and free of debris. I had Biltmore come out for a free analysis. Donnie was prompt and courteous. It ended up that we didn't have a mold problem. He gave us a few tips for getting rid of the stain. I feel like we can trust him and would definitely look at them again for other work.
