Comments: sent contractors that did not have the expertise or skills to complete the job. they bitched about company not paying for the work they did. They did not want to work. They did not show up when expected. They might have worked 4 hours a day, I have pictures of the shoddy work they did.Ray is not a good representative for the company. He was only interested in getting his money and arguing with my husband to do so. I would think if you are selling a product, you would make sure you inspected the work of your contractors. Today we had the same contractors back, talk about mega calk and still is a crappy job. Our carport leaks and you can look up and see light, John the know it all contractor, told my neighbor, you dont know what your talking about. I can verify all this with pictures.

Tim is unwilling to come and even look at this sloppy mess to fix it....I am sure that the construction crew had no experience at all. Jobs not finished, siding falling off, windows not finished,trash left in yard, trim and finish work looks like poor. Guess what??? they don't care...Tim is unwilling to even come and look at this mess. Fix it..I want you paid for the work that was done correctly....I could go on and on

Comments: Had windows and siding replaced from damage from Ian. There are several items that need to be corrected. The siding looks wavy, the soffit and fascia look like they just placed pieces together to make it fit, the access doors have been installed badly. One of them has to be dug out 8 to 10 inches to open. A different crew came out to remove part of the siding that was installed incorrectly. That crew finished the rest of the siding that had not been placed. The windows were not the correct size and they modified my window opening to fit the new windows in. Causing me to remove my window blinds that no longer fit which were $1,200.00 to start with. The employee came out to clean the windows scratched them and damaged them. The sunburst decoration is still not replaced, which was in the agreement. Ray placed a lien on the property for the remaining balance. The items that need to be corrected are still not corrected. When I call, Ray refuses to have any of the issues corrected, is irate, does not let me get a word in. He wants the funds but the work is still not completed. The whole company seems unprofessional. The employees created other issues that Ray does not want to stand behind. Being 71 and not able to do the work myself, disabled, I feel the company is trying to take advantage of me. Earlier Ray sent a project manager out to get the remaining balance. However, when he saw we had the issues and agreed with me, he returned his report back to Ray. I was told i would hear within 1 week from them. I hadn't heard from anyone for a month, I contacted the project manager and was told, Ray stated he was not doing any of the things I was complaining about. He just wanted his money. The project manager told me he quit due to unprofessionalism. I have been trying to resolve this issue. The job started May 8th and is still incomplete. Today the communication is null and the work is still not complete, 9-27-23 Be very careful hiring this company. Be careful signing any of the documents they want signed.

Comments: Hired to replace carport roofs on two properties. On one probert the gutters look worse then the hail damage, carport and lanai roof both leak. Put paint in our house that doesn't match and they are threatening to put a lean on my properties that look terrible. The second property is just awful and can't get a reply to repair the job. Looks like the first time there workers ever done this kind of work. Getting attorney. Have photos for anyone who wants to see what your going to get for your money.

Comments: Ray came out on time, inspected the entire roof, and took pictures of the roof so he could explain what was needed. His estimate was very reasonable, so we scheduled a time to get the work done in a few days. Once again, he was on time (something I value), and after about four hours, he and his crew were finished, with all of my yard cleaned up. Once again, he showed me the pictures of all of the roof and explained exactly what they had done. I gladly recommend Ray (Liquid Roofing and Construction, Inc.) who will do excellent work!Orlando FL
