He was able to then identify the problem and we decided to make some repairs to prevent it from happening in the future. He was able to get the parts and do the work the same visit. Comments: Rapid response, excellent communication throughout the process. Understood the difference between a problem and an emergency. Everything I needed to assist in resolving a major leak on our main service line I had to deal with. It's no fun but trying to get help to respond can make it worse.
