Comments: Workers were friendly and efficient. Prepared the site to minimize dirt and damage. Cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Took out the old kitchen. Put in a new floor, new cabinets, a new breakfast bar, and new lights. Left beautiful new kitchen. I am delighted with their work. Comments: Josiah and Ricardo provided professional and excellent service for my full bathroom renovation, ensuring that the work was completed to my satisfaction. They were all highly skilled, friendly, respectful and cleaned up at the end of every day. From the start of the project, they placed protective covering on the floor and stairs and had a window fan that drew dust to the outside. They kept me up-to-date on a daily basis, explaining what was done and providing the process for the next steps. Josiah also arranged for a cleaner to clean any area of the home that was affected, leaving my home in pristine condition. Removal of stucco ceiling on the main and installation of 25 plus pot lights in the living, dining kitchen front foyer and laundry. Crown molding in the living/dining and solid pine baseboards. Comments: This is the 2nd time that we work with BEAR Remodeling. The team renovated our previous house basement over two years ago and our experience working with them was excellent so as soon as we were ready to start our current home We called Idan and set up a meeting with him. As always, Idan gave us many ideas of how we could proceed with the addition as well as our main floor renovation that was actually difficult to make a final decision on which layout we wanted to go with. The team engineer took care of the drawings and city permits. We decided to add a master bedroom, a master bathroom and an office to our house due to the limited space we had. The second half of the renovation was challenging due to the current pandemic but Idan was onsite all the time making sure that the crews were taking the necessary precautions to keep everybody safe which we appreciated a lot. He also helped us with the selection of the finishes and guided us where to shop (it saved a lot of time). Our experience working with BEAR Remodeling is always fantastic; every team member is courteous, professional and respectful.
