Comments: Mr. Manning took our $3,000 deposit and did no work and did. Not return deposit! Judge Arakas, county judge, issued a default judgement in our favor. Mr. Manning has ignored all efforts to return the deposit!

Good morning mr McKnight. I want to apologize to you for not making the appointment. I had alot of unfortunately things come up that had to take presidents over everything. This is not my usually self. Iam very professional and prompt to my appts. If I can't make the appt ir reschedule I do call. I drop the ball yesterday. Ism sorry the way it turn out.
