Work Description: Tried to trodden rent house
Comments: We hired Jesus and bbo renovations to remodel a rent house. He showed up very successfully and gave a great quote. It was after that the problems started. We found out after he ran off and vacated the premises he never even pulled permits for anything he did. He left an immense amount of garbage in the backyard and no work was completed everything was half done and not done well. We have now hired another contractor at a greater expense to clean up some of the messes such as.... he laid plastic after starting other work so all of our wood floors are totally scratched and have to be refinished, he under bid jobs and then asked for more money later, he didn't pay his crew because of cash flow issues and then had no time to complete our work and was working a second job, he moved a puppy into our house, was smoking in the house. It just goes on and on of things that don't make any sense. I would go over there and his crew would be working but he would be asleep in the back room. I really think Jesus is a good person but he is just not responsible. He would not respond when we had very specific questions frequently only contact us when he needed money.-
