Work Description: Roof Replace - Asphalt Shingle
Comments: Do not use this company! We paid about $3000 extra to have a fortified roof put on our house, and 5 months later, they have not completed the job (covering the gable vents, which is standard procedure for a fortified roof), which means we don't have our bond and don't qualify for a lower insurance rate. This has already cost us hundreds more dollars. The roof was put on in early February but they never submitted it for inspection until early April. The inspectors notified them about the gable issue on April 20, but they did nothing about it. Finally, I called in 2nd week of June and Christian then revealed that the gable vents needed covering (which should have been done at the time the roof was done). But he said he didn't want to go into a hot attic to do it. My husband even bought the material for the job, but he keeps scheduling a time then not showing up. This has happened twice now. When I called about it today, he said if I keep "bothering him" he's going to put the job on the "back burner." Well, we've been on the back burner for 5 months!! This company does not deserve to have a business license because they are inept and deceitful-
