Comments: They easily and quickly did my roof with no slip ups. He even let me know about some mold that i had in a corner of my attic. I decided to let him and his team go ahead and fix it. They did a great job over all

Comments: Give us our $400 deposit back, thieves!!! I wish I could leave a less than 1 star review - this company has stolen our money! We gave a deposit of $400 in November 2018 for a small repair to our chimney flashing. They NEVER showed up to do the work even after repeatedly contacting them - their favorite excuse was "The weather was bad, we will come next week." Next week still hasn't happened in 9 months.

We had the work done by someone else, we contacted the company over and over - even having them agree to refund the $400 - expect they never did - and we reached out to the BBB but the company is ignoring us even on that front.

RETURN OUR MONEY!!!

Comments: We met the owner. He was professional and good natured. He gave answered all our questions and provided a very fair estimate for the job. The workers showed on time and quickly began with the work. The work crew were friendly and proceeded with their work with skill and detail. The new roof looks great and we've had no problems. We recommend BayState exteriors for anyone looking to get a new roof.

Work Description: Removed ice dams

Comments: Worked very hard to remove a massive ice that was causing water to leak into my home. Both men were very professional and completely removed the dam after sereral hours of very hard work. Well done, expensive, but in an emergency, price is relative.
