Work Description: Vinyl siding and front and back deck pressured washed
Comments: Vinyl siding of entire house looks great and they made sure to wash the outside of my higher up windows that I couldn't reach and had lots of cob webs on. I really liked that. The front deck looked good but wasn't that dirty to begin with. The back deck looked good while they where still there and still wet but after they left and it dried I noticed places areas like the ends or sides of steps, in between spools and half of a bottom board still had black or green spots on it. They did the deck last and I feel like they either got tired, ran out of the bleach they where using or was just rushing at that point to get it done. I also didn't think about the point that they would be using my water to do the job when negotiating the price. He did drop the price 50.00 from the iniatal consult but with me having to pay the water bill to cover the water they used I would have talked it down another 20 or 40 dollars for I have no idea how much water was used and now fear to see my next water bill. They were very nice and did offer to come back in the spring to restain my large back deck for 100.00 and they had and would supply the stain. I will probably hire them to do that. Overall pretty satisfied with the work done. I'm sure it would have been more of a hassle if I tried to do it myself. I also appreciate the fact that they were extra careful not to use too much pressure on my siding to prevent putting holes in it.Franklinville NC
