Work Description: Many did a great job repairng the roof leak at a house I bought in a short sale. He did more than was contracted for. When he found minor damage--he fixed it immediately! I will definitely use them for all my construction needs from now on.

Work Description: Repaired a leak from a skylight in my roof. The skylight had to be lifted up and flashing replaced also some shingles around the skylight. A layer of ice guard was placed around the skylight under the shingles.
Comments: I liked that Rigo used his cell phone to show me pictures of before and after the job. Also that he was the one to give me an estimate and also do the work.I did ask him to come back and put screening over my gutters but he hasn't returned yet. I hope it is because of the rain and that I will hear from him soon.

Comments: Manny and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof. They replaced the whole roof in just one day. They crew was very experienced, they were all highly skilled roofers. Bargain Construction cuts out the middle-man and passes the savings on to you. They have total transparency on their pricing. You know how much you are paying for materials and how much for management and labor costs. They beat the closest competition by over $1000! They job looks fantastic and the work is warrantied against leaks and defects. I did have one small leak around the sky light -but Manny took it very seriously and fixed it the very next day. Comments: Many did a great job with the repairs and also did more than I requested. He recaulked all the flashing, fixed the ridge caps and nailed down some siding all for the original quoted price.
