Comments: I’m very happy that we went with Ballys Builders, we got over 6 estimates for our project but From the beginning we understood that they know exactly what they are doing, they made the structure change plans .. took care of the engineer and the permits all the city inspections passed for the first time! High professionalism and knowledge in every step of the project, we had very good communication and the office kept us in the loop with weekly updates.

My family and I are recommending Ballys Builders to anyone :)

Comments: AMAZING! When we initially bought our home, it certainly wasn't because we loved the two-toned brown combo of desiccated shake on top and old siding on the bottom. We knew it would eventually need residing, new gutters, new front and side stairs and other exterior improvements. However, after undertaking a number of interior improvements, we were a bit anxious and hesitant about pursuing another project, particularly one so significant and potentially costly. When we decided to go forward, we met with a number of contractors, and Nate was by far the most personable, reasonable and genuine.

From that point on, we haven't had a single regret. His crew arrived early each day and worked tirelessly from beginning to end to transform our house into a home. They were considerate, detail-oriented and highly skilled. If we had questions, Nate answered them promptly. If we needed suggestions or guidance, he provided it. He even went out of his way to accommodate a separate interior project we're working on. At each and every point, he demonstrated that he's a committed professional with a passion for doing the job right.

Comments: I had granite countertops and a granite island installed in my kitchen- the workers were here when they said they would be and finished the job as promised-everything completed in a few days! I was very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. I received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the work. I shopped around for about 6 months before I decided on In House Kitchen design-they gave me the most for my money. Don't hesitate to use this company.

We are so very happy with our new addition. We knew we wanted to hire a design-build company. It was important to us that the team work together to solve issues.
It was also important to us to get this project done with the least amount of disruption to our family,
specifically our children. When we met with Nethaniel, we liked his attitude and professionalism. We met with a few other companies,
and none of them understood how important the budget was to us.
It was clear that Nethaniel could design something within our budget, and solve our problems.
Our biggest problems were that our daughter's room was tiny; our kitchen was tiny and outdated and had a really bad layout.
Not only problems were solved, within our budget, we also were able to solve a few more problems such as adding a coat closet (which we didn't have),
remodeling our linen closet, adding a closet to our son's room, but also suggested how to enlarge and design our new kitchen to have a better flow.

Also, Daniel, the designer, came to all the showrooms with us. She was able to tell the vendor our budget and style BEFORE we got to the showroom,
so that we could focus our attention on things that fit our budget and style.
We really appreciated that aspect of the project, because there were so many things to look at in each store.

Then, we broke grown, and Christian , our lead carpenter was wonderful.
Not only did he build the addition, but he also helped us move our daughter's bed into our son's room during this project (and back again when the project was over).
Nethaniel kept us updated through phone calls, blog updates and meeting every 7 days. We had a lot of communication with him, and really appreciated that part.
We had unexpected discovery asbestos, which he told us about, found a vendor for us, and took care of it professionally.

Each subcontractor that came to the site knew the rules, and worked hard in making sure our design became reality.

ballys Builders remodeling finished the project on budget and eight days early! I was in my new kitchen for Mother's Day. Every time I step into the kitchen,
I am thankful for Ballys Builders for making my dream become reality. My husband and I can both be in the kitchen, and not be on top of each other!
I highly recommend Ballys Builders, and look forward to hiring them for my next dream project.

Comments: My husband and I bought an old farmhouse Victorian house (built in 1892) in Santa Monica in April of 2017. Although the house has great bones, it needed a little new breadth into it. As 1st time home owners, we weren't quite sure what we wanted to do but had a few contractors come over and give us their thoughts on how we can maximize our updates with minimal cost/work.

We went with Elad and his company, Bally's Builders because he spent a great deal of time with us going over every detail and suggested to touch up the home and update it to keep the integrity but make it our own. His quote was incredibly detailed and he sent it to us when he said he would, something NONE of the other contractors provided to us.

Overall, we are incredibly happy with the decision to work with Elad. Like many homeowners, we started off with one vision and changed our mind several times throughout the whole process (sorry Elad!). He was always positive and accommodating and made sure the work got done and we were happy in the end.

The list of items I can think of off the top of my head that he did was:

- Re-plaster many of our old crumbling and old horse hair plaster walls - awesome job!
- Paint interior walls - from bright reds and yellows to beautiful neutral grays
- Re-finish & Stain hardwoods - all original hardwoods that now are gorgeous
- Open up doorway from kitchen to dining room to create open living concept (our favorite decision and makes such a difference in the flow of the house)
- Install recessed lighting in the living/dining space (also looks amazing)
- Re-finish and paint our really old banged up wood staircase (now looks super classy and nice)
- Finish off a wall that previously was a window to nowhere
- Install all new crown molding and baseboards
- Install gorgeous dining room wainscoting
- Rip out carpet in our bedroom and install hardwood floors

I would highly recommend using Elad and his team for any renovations and remodels in your house. He is a very hard worker and is now a great friend. I am not going to lie and say that the process was perfect but I think for the amount we changed and added to our requests, he did a great job managing it with always a smile on his face.

I'm happy to be a reference and if anyone has any further questions on Elad, his company Bally's Builders, or his team.

Comments: I had a great experience working with Elad and Nethaniel - highly recommend! I was looking for a quartz countertop for a kitchen remodel and talked to a handful of vendors. Bally's Builders reps were incredibly responsive and informative - within a day of my inquiry, Elad came by to measure and show some quartz samples. I had an estimate the next day that was very competitive. Nethaniel were easy to work with -- Final product was installed within a few days and looks amazing (even my contractor friends were impressed). Could not have been a more pleasant experience, start to finish. Top notch service & quality.

Comments: My wife came across Bally's Builders online (Networx). We needed a new counter top installed in a rental property in short order. Ben responded to our inquiry very quickly and came to give us an estimate.

Both he and Alex showed up to provide an estimate. The written estimate was exactly what he had quoted us and was able to do the work in the time frame we needed. They suggested adding a tile back splash for a reasonable fee and we went with their suggestion. Ben texted me a few different options for the counter and the back splash and we were off.

The finished product, level of communication and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I would no hesitate to recommend Bally's Builders for whatever project you need. Our project was relatively small be they made us feel like we were their only customer.
