Comments: I can't recommend Balanced Water Solutions. I called Kirk to have the water pressure in my home checked and to have my sump system upgraded. He initially rescheduled me twice, once was a no show, no call. He sold a water system called NaturalSof to me. He did not tell me the initial price of the system. When I asked him later that day, he initially said it was $896. When I asked again, he looked at the invoice and said the cost was $696. I was charged $1,650 for a system that took 45 minutes to install (his time estimate from the beginning). When I called Kirk about this and said I thought I'd been sold snake oil and ripped off, he admitted that he charged a lot. I requested and am still requesting a refund.

Comments: We contacted Kirk about 5:30 pm on Tuesday and he was able to work us into his schedule on Wednesday. My husband had installed a new kitchen sink and was having a lot of trouble with the fittings. Kirk was on time and professional and his price was very reasonable. He will be our first choice in the future for any plumbing needs.

Comments: Great service at a great rate. We had a gas line run/installed for a gas stove. Not only was the original quote 40% less than the other we received, we ended up paying $50 less than quoted. Kirk was very personable and professional. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Comments: When Kirk showed up the first day he quoted me and my sister $650.00 for the job and that he needed half that day and the rest when he finished. The second day he stated that he would have to add on another $250.00 and my family agreed. Within just a couple hours it went from 650 for the job to $800.00 a day. Needless to say we regret him doing any work for us.
I'm sorry you're not satisfied. I suggest next time have a plan and stick to it. I spent half of the first day running gas for your water heater. Then when you delivered the tank it was electric. I had to spend more time taking the gas line out. Also, I couldn't install pipe without a floor. I hope you learned from this

The man was so professional when he came to install our water heater answered all of my question and was very friendly.
