Comments: I was unfortunate to have water coming through my basement floor And had to call Dennis. He came out right away and found the issue and addressed it right away. He was professional staff cleaned and they finished everything right away. I have my system for about 8 months no issue. We had plenty of rain storms I recommend them with my eyes closed. They are priced fairly someone else came and gave me a quote. About 7000 higher. They are honest was a great experience in an unfortunate circumstance.

Comments: My fireplace was leaking after a rainy night. A tech came and diagnosed the issue and re-caulked my chimney; apparently there were some slight holes in the original sealant at its base. The tech even took photos of the areas he had to address, before and after, so we would better understand the issue and how it was fixed. I would highly recommend Back To New Masonry & Construction!
