I apologize about your feelings Mr Dave but there are a few steps that I want to remain you. 1. When I first gave you the estimate the cracks where 2- 3 inches wide I offered you replace the driveway and sidewalk for the amount of 5400 it was too much money for you so you requested for a cheaper way to fix it 2. I told you that we can fix the cracks but you will not get warranties. Because the ground moves a lot and we know how long will take to the cracks to come back. I had a few pictures of another job that we did before and you agreed to get that bit you knew tha the cracks will come back. 3. When you got back from you trip you requested to cut the cement and leave lines like joints we did it. We repainted. And then you paid the final payment. 4 one mont later you call because you noticed tha the cracks were back like 1/8 wide so I went back even when you knew that it wasn't any warranty on repairs 5. Yes it took me 2 months to complete the second repair because I was busy because I had to order color again 6 when we finished you didn't like it because was uneven so we grained again and I offered again to replace the driveway because as I told at the beginning the cracks will be showing over and over. 7 even at that point I had spent more than what you paid I offered to do new driveway with good materials the same Price of 5400 and I offered to give you credit in full amount of what you paid for repair and I'm still on that I man of word.
