Description: Avondale Construction, Inc is a full service, Licensed and Insured, Design Build Contractor focusing on Residential Additions, New Builds and Major Remodel Construction. We employ our own carpenters and have top notch subcontractors we work with to get any job completed no matter the scope of work. ACI was founded by Brandon Calloway in 2019 and has grown significantly in a short amount of time. While ACI is a younger company, we have a combined 40+ years of experience in the design and construction industry, between the owner and our managing partners. Mr. Calloway started in the construction industry at a young age and has had many different roles as a construction leader and manager in both Residential and Commercial Construction. Since Graduating in 2006 with a degree in Engineering Graphics and Design, with an emphasis in Architectural and Civil Engineering, he has built several high end homes and completed dozens of house flips and remodels. Over the years Mr. Calloway has worked as a Structural Design Engineer, Graphic Designer, Mechanical and Plumbing Engineer and Managed crews on large scale commercial projects. His most recent successes have come as an Engineering and BIM Manager for a large Mechanical Contractor as well as a Trade Lead/Project Manager at Katerra, a world wide Multi-Family Contractor. He has been setting himself up for this opportunity for many years having flipped houses along the way and also started a Design Business in 2010 where he has completed over 100 projects designing Custom Homes & Additions both in Colorado and around the nation. We are a young eager company looking to grow and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to satisfy our customers.
