Comments: Chad and his crew were very friendly and wanted to accommodate. The reality is they need to double check their work more closely. We had to consistently monitor them cleaning up after themselves. There was some disorganization. The first day they showed up the project manager asked to borrow a ladder. We had one so we loaned it to them. The second day they showed up, knowing they had to patch some walls, the patcher didn't have drywall or drywall sand. He asked us to go get it. We accommodated. The contract stated explicitly that they would clean up. That didn't happen unless we told them how to clean up.Safety Harbor FL
