He was very professional, thorough, and made sure all details of the project were done correctly. He took the time to explain things that I didn't quite understand about AC units. They worked diligently in that hot attic without complaining. Barry made sure the unit was operating successfully before departing. Comments: Barry and his team is first class. I have a two system home with one system that had failed. I went on the internet to find out what the cost would be for a replacement system and Barry called me immediately. I knew just from the conversation over the phone that he would be the company to use. When he came out to inspect the system, he also showed me how my other system was not being utilized properly. We had ATS replace the broken system and also added extra return air and upgraded duct system for the other unit. My home now is much more efficient than it was even when the home was 1st built. Comments: Barry Granger, the OWNER of the company personally inspected and quoted the job. He then showed up with his crew and made sure everything was well understood about the work to be done. There were a few problems as the job progressed as it was a complete replace and upgrade of a 15 year old R-22 system.Barry jumped on each of the problems as they happened and stayed on them until they were taken care of to my satisfaction.I had 5 bidders for the equipment and labor contract and most were very thorough but Barry's technical expertise of how to do it right with the proper equipment for the upgrade far exceeded the rest. He was not the least expensive. I chose him because he was instantly trustworthy, sincere and technically astute. The unit he recommended carried a 10 year PARTS and LABOR warranty backed and issued by Coleman, the manufacturer.The mechanical performance of the units he replaced remains to be seen over the long haul but Barry and his crew performed exactly as was required to instill complete satisfaction with their workmanship and technical skill. I recommend them with five star confidence.

Work Description: I chose Gary to replace our 18 year old Lennox system with a new state of the art American Standard 4 ton variable speed 18 SEER HVAC. I had 6 bids and after carefully vetting each one I chose ATS MECHANICAL because of his expertise and experience. Although he wasn't the cheapest I felt he was the most knowledgeable. He has a friendly affable demeanor about him that made me feel comfortable. He was punctual and lived up to my expectations.
