Work Description: Pest Exclusion

Comments: On 9/14/2020 I paid Scott Wilson of Wildlife Roundup $800 for Pest Exclusion services. I have pest in my attic and I paid him to remove them. The only thing that he did on 9/14/2020 was put a 15 inch piece of wire cloth on my chimney to reinforce what was already there. As of today, I still have them and Scott Wilson has my money and will not give it back. I had called him several times and still no response, so I texted him on 9/18/2020 at 8:41 am. I told him that I have been calling him and I had not heard from him and that I still have the same problem. He did not respond back until 3:27 pm stating that when I had a chance to call him. I heard my dogs barking and he was outside my home. He said that he needed another check for $800 because he did not have a bank account in the name of Wildlife Roundup and he wanted the check in his name. I gave him another check with same date as the original check, he gave me the original check back. I told him that I had called him several times and that he needed to remove what was in my attic. I also told him that he never inspected my attic to see what was up there. He got a ladder and shined his flashlight in the attic and said that he did not see anything. He said that he put an exit door on my soffit and fascia where the animal was coming in at and that the door would prevent them from coming back in once they left. I kept hearing the same noises so I emailed him on 9/19/2020, no response. My daughter was experiencing medical emergencies so I had to put other things on hold. When things settled with my daughter I texted Scott Wilson in June 2021 about the animals in my attic. He came out to my home the week of July 4 2021 and put a 4x6 piece of wire cloth over a hole on the side of my house and he wanted to charge me $150 to do that. Whatever was in my attic was trapped so they chewed a hole on the side of my house. I have had contractors coming to my home to inspect the outside and no one could find where Scott put any exit doors on my soffit fascia. You can see my whole soffits and fascia and there is not a wire cloth door anywhere. He left me a voice message telling me to get in the attic with a cage, I am 65 years old and I will not do what I paid him to do. He came to my house again trying to get more money from me. He put food in the attic and wanted me to look and see if it was gone. My son looked and the food was gone and there was insulation and debris where the animals took the food. He was supposed to come by my house on 7/22/2021 at 11:00 am. He has not called, I have not heard from him. I want $700 of my money back and I have texted him telling him this
When you first heard Critters in your attic after I was there you should have called me instead of the Better Business Bureau. You have never called me about this issue The 150.00 charge was for coming out to put wire over a hole that was damaged from wood rot that I told you would need repairing before I could give you my lifetime warranty. I did not put a door in, because they were out for the day. The noise you hear is them trying to get in. Call me first instead of the B B B and writing bad revenues. in most cases, there will be noises for a few days after the first visit, that is the animal trying to get in. I looked in the attic where you said they were and saw no evidence. You must communicate with me if you want this to work. I have had a 100% success rate in my 24 years of pest control and would like to keep it like that. I don't know what happened if there was a miscommunication or you dialed the wrong number, but my lifetime warranty still stands if you let me do my job. Scott 404-934-1872
