Work Description: Electrical, hardwiring for a doorbell and a bedroom light
Comments: The man replied to my emails all week up until Friday when I called him to request a new bid which he said he would send for the job on Monday. Not only did he not send the bid, he never put me in contact with the drywall contractor he spoke of and he never showed up to do the job. How disappointing because he said he was a pastor and invited me to his church which of course I did not go to. He never called to cancel or reschedule. I actually gave him a second chance because he did not show up for the original bid on time either, said he forgot but I will not be calling him again. He may have saved me a lot of trouble.Kansas City MO

Comments: Al (the owner of ASR) arrived right on time and explained everything in detail. The problem was determined to be an easy fix ~ a new thermostat. He was very thorough, professional and personable. I highly recommend ASR and am happy to refer others to this family owned business!
