Comments: I have to write this to let you know that Jim spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining all about the bat process,removal etc ...he was very kind and helpful explaining things to me after I had a bat in my home. The whole time he knew he was just helping me out as he couldn't physically be to my house to inspect it himself .yet was kind enough to give me sound advise when I choice someone to do the job...It meant a lot to me ..thanks Jim...Take care

Work Description: My dad had an infestation of yellow jackets in his attic.
Comments: Jim called me immediately upon putting in my request and followed through with every promise. He was knowledgeable and being over 1000 miles from my dad who I hired him to help, I was very comfortable trusting he and his men to take good care of my dad and his yellow jacket problem.I highly recommend them.

They sprayed the area really good and all the areas around it and every where else. Well worth the money an outstanding job over all. Comments: I had bed bugs in my bedrom. After trying unsuccessfully to exterminate them myself, I contacted Arrest-a-pest. Jim responded very, very quickly. His assistance, Justin, came out within a day or 2 - the Saturday before Christmas no less. I was very impressed with that. He did a thorough extermination, and was very pleasant and personable. I have not seen a live bed bug since then. Justin came out for a follow-up 2 weeks later anyway. As far as quality, price and professionalism, this team cannot be beat.Cincinnati OH

Work Description: Received a phone shortly after my initial request. All of my questions were answered accurately and honestly. The next morning, a pleasant and professional technician arrived on time (6:30 am) and efficiently eliminated a large nest of yellow jackets near my front door.

Comments: When Jim called me on the phone I was very impressed on his knowledge as well has his concern. He was able to come to my house the same day and inspect the house. We were able to have the house treated right away. He was very knowledgeable and treated right away. He even treated the yard. He was able to find carpenter ants and treated that as well as part of the yard, house inside and out. Price was VERY acceptable. I in no way felt as if I was being over charged. I have been referring him to everyone I know.
