Work Description: Exterior house power washing and painting.
Comments: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. The ripped off my 82 year old mother. The didn't finish painting. The made messes and didn't clean up the pulled the gutter away from the house and I had to fix it. And the tried to over charge her from the original estimate. Theses people should be out out of business and sued for their awful workmanship and their refusal to complete the job. Spread the word to all those you know to stay away from this sorry excuse for a company.Pickerington OH

Comments: I would have given a negative star if there were any. By far this is the worse company I have ever hired and I will strongly advise people to stay away from them. Ken is a fraudster and a scam. I hired him for interior painting of a new built house. I paid half deposit and he was to use 4 days to complete the house. He initially brought fake paints and I had to buy new paints for them. I gave them one extra day to complete but he would only send 2 people for the entire house and his one of his guys David is so lazy and only talks for the whole day and not get anywork done. After 5 days they had only done 40% of the work. Ken asked for more money and when I refused, he and his guys abandoned the job, stole paints I had already paid for and left my house stripped off. He no longer answers my call or reply my texts. I went to his house(address on invoice) but to no avail. The worse part is they had stripped my house off (power outlets, blinds, alarms, hand rails, furniture, and many other stuff) and didn't even put things back.After all attempts to get him to fix his mess proved futile I am considering a legal action against him.
However, I want to caution everyone to stay away from this fraudster Ken Fisher and his ARC company. I have videos, pictures and text messages to show.
Thank me later.

Comments: ARC Never showed up to look at project or provide estimate.This seem to happen a lot with your referrals/vendors. Please take me off your list. Also could you screen your vendors for insurance, many do not have insurance. Very risky having someone working on your home with no insurance.
Disappointed with lack of follow up.

Comments: Our experience was HORRIBLE!!!! The owner of the company was a shady character from the first day after he received his down-payment. He told us story after story about his employees having drug problems and why he was unable to meet the deadlines and why the job looked horrible. We gave him 3 chances to fix the job and finish the contract; however, when we returned, he had taken all of his supplies out of the house, left the ceiling unfinished, his garbage in the refrigerator, and our property damaged. DO NOT HIRE KEN!!! He is a FRAUD!Marion OH

Comments: I contracted with this company to paint my family room, kitchen and laundry room. They did a beautiful job! I want to have the entire inside of my house painted, a section at a time, and I will definitely call on them.The owner and project manager are moral upstanding guys. I am a widow and have prayed to find someone I can feel comfortable with to be in my home. I highly recommend them.
