Comments: The crew arrived as promised. I was amazed at how quickly they set up and got to work. They took down four 100 ft trees in a very confined area and cleared out several other trees and underbrush from the yard. Because the ground was wet, the Bobcat did leave marks in the yard, however, the crew rakedthem out and the area looks fine.

Comments: This man did an admirable job, getting there within minutes to remove a large tree from my driveway. But then he admitted that he had forgotten me, that he was to come back later that day or the next (his words) to remove the logs. He appeared almost a week later. But what bothered me tremendously was that he asked me if I had any cash, and then how much. He cleared the driveway for that $200 in cash. When I paid him the remaining $300, he had me write the check to him personally rather than to his business. What does that tell You?Fuquay-Varina NC

Comments: On less than a day's notice, Arbol Complete Tree Service was able to prune our pine trees before Winter Storm Diego is due to hit in less than 36 hours. There was no collateral damage to any structures or fencing. All of the debris was removed and ground up. With the threat of ice and snow, our tall pine trees had numerous overhanging limbs that posed a dire threat to the roofs below. Arbol Complete Tree Service came to the rescue with a crew of 3 very nice workers, one of which was the Owner, Geovani Martinez. I will definitely use this company when more pruning is needed for our 16 unit townhouse complex. I strongly recommend Mr. Martinez and Arbol Complete Tree Service. I interacted with the crew as they were working, and I managed to get a vehicle moved that was blocking their disposal truck. I think that I deserve a good rating as a satisfied customer.
