Comments: Rodney was prompt in initial response on Thursday, 8/5, for my Bosch washer repair, but appointment was twice pushed back before finally arriving on Monday, 8/9. Then he had to order a part, saying he'd call again in a couple of days, and took my $120 check deposit. Texted him this morning, Thursday, 8/12, about status and update; still await response. Meantime, he was quick to cash my deposit check; it cleared Tuesday, 8/10. Hoping to hear from him soon; got a boatload of laundry to do -- and my $120 on the line!UPDATED REVIEW:
The part came in and part was installed within a week and works fine. Very personable person and confident in service.
Just would recommend better communication with the Homeowner
