Work Description: HVAC Replacement

Comments: This company pulled the wrong kind of permit for a simple HVAC change out in a condo in Miami. It resulted in unnecessary paperwork. They also installed brand new HVAC unit incorrectly that resulted in transformer being blown (put on wrong voltage). They also used old HVAC tape from 2019 (year of manufacture is on the HVAC tape). I used another vendor when transformer blew out because the owner "could not find a tech" despite being 24/7 business and giving warranty. This cost me additional money out of my pocket even though should have been covered by warranty (plus their bad installation was cause). Owner does not take any responsibility and does not make adjustments to pricing. Would not recommend.

Comments: Very competitive pricing. Knowledgeable sales and technical teams who were refreshingly honest and transparent about the state of my old AC and were able to give me exactly what I wanted with the space constraints I had. Another positive is the speed at which they finished th job and left my place clean and tidy. They also cleaned my filters even though it was not in the scope. Jesus from sales and Pablo/Alex from the tech team are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Apogee.

Comments: Soon as I requested Network, Jesus, Sales Manager called, asked features of AC, and replied very soon an estimate offer that I compared with others. Next day, asked him to come in person, confirmed the info and explained in detail about AC function, brands, conditions, guaranties, companies, answered questions, etc. We liked his professionalism, the company commercial experience referrals with their clients like apartment towers, etc, that gives idea of solid reliability and service.
We considered the price was fine respect others and accepted. Next day, a couple of Technicians very on time arrived and installed the new ac, very knowledgeable of their job, clean, organized, made some recommendations, to make the equipment last more time. In AC business there are lot of people, but is important choose the one that who you trust more and gives you back great service when needed.

Comments: We decided to replace two air conditioners in our two floor high-rise building apartment. Apogee representative came to us, examined our 25 years old air conditioners and gave us a very detailed information about new generation conditioners. The person was very knowledgeable about air conditioners. We had our air conditioners replaced by Apogee HVAC Solutions technicians in two days. The job was done excellent. We had other offers to do this job but after meeting Apogee representative in person we had a feeling of trust. This is why we chose this company.

Comments: Overall had a great experience. AC went down and within 2 days the work was completed. Please note that my AC broke on New Years Eve at 4pm. I called around, only a few companies picked up my call. Most couldn't even give me an estimate until the following Monday which was 4 days later. Agogee came out, price was very reasonable but most important the quality of work to install a new AC was 5 star and the service was 6 stars. Communication was on point and not being in town was assuring that I had someone to trust which is hard to find in South Florida. I strongly recommend using Agogee for any type of HVAC services.

Comments: Requested and estimate and it never came.
We spoke on the phone day you requested estimate. Estimates were sent via email. You confirmed next morning via phone conversation you had received them and liked our estimates, but had your previous AC person present at the house at the time and were going to call us back so we can stop by and discuss the estimate and installation. After that, we never received call to confirm the on-site appointment appointment and you never answered the phone again. You may have us confused with another company. Regardless, we hope it all worked out and please let us know if we can assist you in the future.
