They were surprised no one had shown up. Then I was told that he was out sick. Well was he on his way or out sick? Reschedule for Friday. At 10:30 I call and am told that once again the guy is out sick. Again, why am I calling you? I was told that someone would have called me by noon. I explain we own our business and lost 2 mornings because no one on their end can make a simple call. They explain the man has epilepsy and is low on meds and doesn't want to risk being in the heat. Not sure this is the best line of work for this man. So we lose 2 mornings of work because no one seems to know what is going on. I will be looking for a new company.Blairstown NJ

We were given a "day rate" and half the crew showed up at 12:30pm, the other half at 1:30pm and they left about 5pm (4 1/2 days is a "full" day?). Guys were very nice, but found out next day they dumped a few of the trees down a ravine on side of our property. I've been trying for 2 months (6-8 calls) to have them come back to chip up/take away, but no luck. "Joe" said I'd need to pay for them to come back (I already paid for a "full day" and I think they should have come back to finish the job.) Buyer beware--make sure entire job is done before they leave; you will not see them again!Phillipsburg NJ

He sent his crew out the following led by his tree climber "J" who worked all day in 7" of snow to complete the job by dark. However, they had still had lots of limbs and clean-up to complete due their chipping machine breaking down, "J" said we will deliver the fully loaded chip truck to be unloaded and return tonight to finish the job. They return and worked under lights until 10:00 p.m. to finish Job and clean up. I would recommend them to anyone.Sparta NJ
