Work Description: Fence partial tear down and repair
Comments: I should have used the other review as a sign, but I communicated and gave the benefit of the doubt when bond information was provided. Huge mistake. $4k paid in total and the work has woefully been partially completed for over 7 months. It is excuse followed by excuse and in spite of pleas for completion as the delay impacted the other contractors ability to work, we have suffered alternate losses such as landscaping issues when plants that required transplanting where not able to be relocated and died. They also did not wait for the survey so the post had to be moved and new grass planted. In addition, we hosted holidays and even a vow renewal with no other choice with the eye sore of the patchy unfinished work documented in picture after picture. I was moved to tears of embarrassment and frustration. I have been a home owner for over 18 years and this has been the worst experience we have ever faced. I can only hope this latest promise is fulfilled before I am faced with hearing dates for a contractor bond complaint and small claims filing. We took this contractor as his word and believed he was honest. Do Not Use or you may end up as miserable as we are.Cleveland OH
