Comments: Anthony is a nice guy, but I don't think his company is ready for large jobs. I hired them for a complete, magazine quality flower bed a patio design and install, a very expensive and upscale project for which we are ready to execute. He said he'd provide a design and formal estimate, but didn't. He said he'd invoice us for the removal of 5 oak trees, but didn't. In the process of tree removal the crew broke our vinyl fence. Fence is currently down and missing a rail. I had to purchase construction net and install that to keep our dogs in. He said he'd do that, but didn't. His crew installed drains and did a good job on one, but not on the other. He said he'd fix that, but didn't. He said he'd fix and reinstall the fence, but didn't. Now I'm searching for matching fence rails so I can put the fence back up.He did a good job removing the trees and grinding stumps. Now he's ghosted us. The relationship never went sour and we never argued. We're patient, but it's been weeks, so I can confidently say Landworx is probably fine for light yard work, but nowhere near ready for 5-figure jobs. That's ok, not every company is, but I wish I would have known that before working with them. We did pay him for the tree removal and drainage work. I even kicked in a little extra because the price for that was great.
So, nice guy, but only for small, quick jobs I believe. And hasn't made it right regarding the drain install or broken fence. Will update if that changes, but either his crew has been abducted or he's ghosted us. Weird.

Comments: Anthony was willing to go out quickly (the next day) to a vacant lot and take care of some work to bring it into compliance with city codes. I read him the problems listed on the statement of violation we had received and he said he had done that before. He called back saying it was done. But when I called the city inspector, he reported that it was only partially done and that the debris had been left by the side of the road. Anthony reported that he thought the debris would be picked up by someone else but an empty lot doesn't have garbage service. He would "get right on it." But after several days of no answer to my calls and no response to my voice mails, I finally called from a different number and he picked up. It was about 7-8 days later when he finally got a guy out there to complete the work and then the next day when he picked up the debris. It then passed inspection. So ultimately he did a complete job and he didn't charge extra for the second trip. But there were some frustrating moments of no communication in the middle.Palm Bay FL

Comments: I contacted Anthony approximately 3 weeks ago, he was the only contractor to come out the same day she was very punctual even to the quote. I explain to Anthony what my goals were for the project, originally I had something much more expensive in mind however Anthony told me that would not be in my best interest. Anthony and his team came the set day early in the morning and completed everything within a day. Originally when Anthony told me that he would have it done within a day and a half I was skeptical however Anthony and his team were truly professional and hard-working. I will and have recommended this company.-
