Work Description: Paint the whole house, remove popcorn ceiling, install closet doors, repoint the chimney
Comments: He took the last payment and disappeared, did not repoint the chimney, did not hang the ceiling fan, did not do the final buff over the poly applied floors, did not apply poly under the bed, did not paint 3 windows and 2 doors, did not fix the closet door frames, cut hollow core closet doors incorrectly, disturbed old lead paint (pre 1978) without any precaution, did not move the furniture back and cleaned up the the house, spilled paint on drive way but did not clean up.His estimate was to finish the work in 3 days but it’s been more than two weeks and all the above was not done. When asked for a refund was only willing to refund for the chimney repointing work and attaching of fan.
Painting they did was horrible, did not know that wood panels should be treated with a shellac based primer to seal off knots to prevent paint bleeding, instead used regular primer. When paint started bleeding ask if I want to have wood panels covered with sheetrock (I said no). Painted walls with gloss finish paint brought a Guatemalan worker who doesn’t speak a word in English to painted over with flat paint (left couple of shiny spots). One of the workers dropped the front door lock and broke it, I had to replace it on my expense. Front door paint is not consistent and has some scratch marks they refused to fix.
Hollow core closet doors were cut from bottom but opening in the bottom was not filled with the bottom piece that was cut off. He charged me for fixing closet door frames, instead of fixing the door frames cut the closet door from top (not even a straight cut), tilted to it (created a horrible a gap between top of the door and the frame) and reattached it and said it’s done because door is flush. Refused to cover closet rails with a skirt board.
All the furniture is stuffed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Kitchen is not usable but bathroom is accessible with great difficulty.
When requested for a refund said he will only willing refund for chimney repointing work and attaching of the ceiling fan. When his claim was disputed challenged us to take legal action and NOT TO CALL OR TEXT HIM AGAIN.
Andy and the guys is a scam, stay away from them. Should be banned from working in the state of Massachusetts.

Work Description: Painting and wallpapering
Comments: Andy came on Thursday and was suppose to finish on Saturday. Didn’t happen. He came on Friday with a girl from Columbia that had only been hear 3 days and did not speak any English. He had her paint my spare bedroom ceiling and she had tapped off the walls she did not cover my bureau. Well Saturday came and she removed the tape from the walls with the paint attached. Didn’t say anything and closed the bedroom door. I called him to tell him that I was on my hands and knees removing paint from the floor and tha she had paint on my bureau. He told me not to worry about it he was going to clean the floor and he would fix the wall with missing paint. In my living room he wallpapered one wall, I am a wallpapered and he started in the middle of the wall so when he got to the door jam it was crooked. He said he has been doing this for 10 yrs the trim is horrible that now I have to repair myself. He had paint on my hardwood floors and he left without cleaning anything. Please Do Not Hire this guy you will be sorry. I should have stopped payment on the check. Painting experience from hell.-
