Work Description: Replace shower/tub fixtures
Comments: Poor. Owner made an appointment for an estimate, but didn't show. When I called I was told he simply forgot and doesn't want to do the job because I'm not a big money industrial client. I would rather he had been honest at the beginning and not made the appointment. I rearranged my obligations to meet with him at his convenience.-
