2. Remove lead jack and replace it with a metal jack.
3. Remove flashing at front of fireplace.
4. Install leak barrier, new flashing and new shingles at front of fireplace.
I had to get the job done quickly because it had been raining heavily the day and the night before and there was water on the floor of my living room.

Comments: MANUEL DID A GREAT JOB ON MY HOUSE. THEY FOUND A SOFT SPOT IN MY ROOF, FIXED IT AND REPLACED ALL MY SHINGLES ON THE ROOF AND SIDING ON MY CHIMNEY. HE HAD A GREAT PRICE AND CHECKED WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY AT THE END OF THE JOB. I WILL BE USING HIM IN THE FUTURE FOR MY GUTTERS.-
