So I called for another opinion, Amazing Air Tech Eddie came out checked our unit, everything checked out fine, except it needing a deep cleaning, which he will be doing on Thursday. Comments: i WAS TOLD UPON INSPECTION OF Y MOBILE HOME THAT REPLACING MY DUCT WORK WOULD FIX MY PROBLEM WHICH IS THERE IS VERY LITTLE AIR BLOWING FROM MY VENTS. WELL I SAID OK TO REPLACING MY DUCT WORK FOR $1800.00 AND I WAS PROMISED THAT THIS IS ALL I NEED. WELL THEY REPLACED THE DUCT WORK AND THERE WAS VERY LITTLE IF ANY IMPROVEMENT THEY ARE NOW BLAMING IT ON THE WAY MY HOME WAS BUILT. SO I HAD TO PAY THE $1800.00 BILL AND STILL NO AIR. IN MY OPINION THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN.Fort Myers FL

Comments: The promised date to install a new air conditioner in my home from Amazing Air was 6/10/19. I took the day off work and patiently waited for the installers to arrive. No one came or called. When the salesman was at my house a few days before that, he told me I had to pay the total price of $ 4,800.00 before the job was done. He assured me the money wouldn't be taken out of my account until the job was completed and inspected. That was a mistake, because the full amount was taken out of my account the next day. When I told the bank inspector what had happened, she called Amazing Air and had a conference call with Eric. He lied and said the installers are at my house, in my driveway. I told him no one is here and I live in a gated community and no one can enter unless I admit them and I don't have a driveway. I also said he is a liar and I'm cancelling the job. As of yet I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the full amount of my money. I do not recommend this company, they are liars, unreliable and dishonest. They don't come when promise, not even a phone call and they take your money up front , after that, you don't hear from them. I give them a 0 rating.Fort Myers FL

Comments: Amazing Air owner Erik called me within minutes of my email request for a quote. The quote was provided within hours of my email request and the entire work project was scheduled and completed within 30 hours of me receiving the estimate. My two installers were professional, courteous, thorough and very hard working. The Trane system is exceptional and I'm delighted that Amazing Air recommended it. I give Erik and his team at Amazing Air my highest recommendation and actually have signed a yearly maintenance contract with them due to their professional expertise and demeanor.
