Work Description: Sheetrock repair
Comments: Mr. Phillps was hired to complete sheetrock repair in my home and did not complete the work he was prepaid for. It's been 3wks and I have been trying to get him to come back to finish what he began and had been paid for to be told "he has been working on a full rehab" as a reason for his lack of returning to finish the work. Am I not a client that has paid their money for your services also and deserving of follow through and completion of their job?? In finally reaching mr. phillips this morning, I was also told that it would be an additional charge for him to return and finish the sheetrock work he has already been paid to complete! Poor workmanship and professionalism!! I will be hiring a reliable professional to finish to work Mr. Phillips began, but failed to finish. Buyer beware!Jackson MS
