Comments: Ruben was very prompt. He answered my email right away with a phone call. He came on time and performed his work efficiently. He serviced the boiler, replaced a badly rusted escape valve with a new one. He explained what he did and then offered suggestions about future care of the boiler.Well done!

Comments: I had a huge problem with an unmaintained and problematic boiler, resulting in no heat or hot water, during a peak time. Ruben contacted me right away, called back right away and several times - and it is NOT easy to find anyone for this sort of thing. Then he spent untold hours trying to fix my strange problem. , spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer support, drove really far to get parts, and called a friend to consult. Though the problem was made worse by my own negligence, he stuck it out with courtesy. His persistence and willingness to see it through to a solution made all the difference. Now I'm putting his phone number and photo on my boiler for future reference!
