Work Description: My central heat wasn't putting out very warm air and was staying on for hours.
Comments: I was amazed that they would send someone out on a late Saturday afternoon without an outrageous weekend service fee. Chris Webber arrived and found a shorted wire from the sequencer, which he replaced and fully explained the repair and the fact that my unit has a back up sequencer in place as well. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant and all around great. Love that this is a family owned business and will be using them from now on!! Thanks All State!!
