Comments: All Star Drain Solutions installed our dishwasher. They cleaned where the old dishwasher stood for 18 years before installing the new one. The installment was done in an hour or less and everything was cleaned up beautifully. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you George and Bryce!

Comments: I was told by the plumber that All-Star is a company that is just a few months old. It consists of a bunch of plumbing friends who got together under one name -- so, I'll bet that service varies from each individual guy. I had George and his assistant. They were suppose to merely connect the pan under my washer to a drain pipe.

First, these guys came into my newly constructed home with expensive hardwood floors and Persian carpet runners with their boots on. They tracked mud from the door to the laundry room -- my wife was furious when she got home. Second, they did not have the right tools to do the job. They could not even drill thru the tile floor in the laundry room despite me giving them my high speed drill which wound up burning up their drill bit. They wound up cutting the tile with a circular saw that made a square hole with much damage to the tile larger than the square hole. Third, when I asked them to put caulking in the corners of the square hole, George commented that he does not do caulking -- are you kidding me -- a plumber that does not caulk. I gave them my caulking gun to do as I asked. And fourth, they never checked whether the drain worked. When I checked this weekend, it did not drain water from the pan. It turns out that the drain pipe pushed up the pan at the point for draining and now water basically just sits in the pan.

I paid $329 for this service. I will be contacting Capital One on Monday and asking them to cancel the charge. These guys caused more damage for a drain that did not work.

The owner and co-owner came out and made it right. They were considerate of the property and commented that alot of the orig tech George was not true to include that George misquoted the codes.

I only gave it 3 stars as a 1 day job took 2 days to get it right.

If James and his partner would have come first they would have definitely gotten 5 stars

Comments: These men reached out to me, with a quote the same day I called! I was on the schedule for the next day. They worked so hard and great together. They finished my bathroom ( shower, vanity ,reset toilet ) in just a few hours! Great working men. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Bryce & James for your outstanding performance.
